This book is more a memoir of Hsieh than business development.  I think companies like Zappos are great.  This book talks how the company started and how there 2  big focus’ were customer support and company culture.  The focus of the company was kind of an underlying subject of the book and more about how Hsieh made a few really good decisions and led him down a path of a life he enjoys.
