Rating 2.75

This book felt like an academic essay. Quite a bit of Christianese all throughout. This book takes a look at the Bible from the point of the that the Bible has of the bible. Deyoung references lots of scriptures that talk of the infallibility of scriptures. This book to me is not for a new Christian or a Christian who isn’t highly studied.

A few points to take away from the book:

“God’s people should be testing their lives against God’s word.”

The prophets and apostles didn’t look to make a smart they looked to get us saved”
